Processing Time

Your order could be in a couple of places... being processed, awaiting dispatch, with the courier on its way, or delivered.

The first thing to check is have you had your shipment confirmation email? If yes, then it's on its way. If you haven't got your shipment confirmation email (don't forget to check those junk folders) then your order is waiting to leave us.

If it has been over 5 days since ordering and you have not received your dispatch email, then get in touch via our contact page and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

Delivery Times

This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Orders can take 3-5 days to fulfill and then they are dispatched and we have given delivery guidelines below and you can also track your package with a tracking number.

Currently we ship to Ireland and Northern Ireland UK and Europe. You will see the shipping cost at checkout. All orders within Ireland are delivered within 2-4 working days and cost €5.99. All orders over €100 have free shipping in Ireland and €150  to the EU-UK. You will receive your shipment confirmation shortly after your order confirmation email.

If you live outside of Ireland, the following delivery timelines and costs apply:

These costs are out of our control and vary depending on the value of your item. To find out more details, we recommend contacting your local customs authority.
