We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Dead Craic. Below is our returns policy in line with EU consumer protection law.

✅ Returns – Standard Products

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), no questions asked. This is your EU 14-day cooling-off period.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags/labels must be intact

  • Return must be shipped using registered/tracked post

  • Return request must be emailed within 14 days of delivery

  • Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping

📩 Start a return:
Email info@deadcraic.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

❌ Custom or Personalised Items

Customised products (e.g. user-uploaded artwork or personalised names) are non-refundable, except in cases of:

  • Print error or manufacturing defect

  • Item damaged during shipping

💶 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

⚠️ Damaged / Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  • Email us at info@deadcraic.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include a photo of the issue

  • We will either replace the item or issue a full refund (including return shipping)

ℹ️ Additional Notes

  • Dead Craic is not responsible for returns lost or delayed in transit

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or card provider

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges – please return your item and place a new order
